Each room opens up onto a large thatched deck with stunning views. Fridge upstairs. Double garage attached to house.
The lodge is fully serviced and resort staff are at hand should any problem arise. The lodge has air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans. Quality furnishings and fittings have been used, offering the visitor both comfort and convenience.
Bedding and towels are supplied. The lodge over looks the Crocodile River into the Kruger National Park, giving the visitors a spectacular view of the river, flood plain and bush.

Game / Bird viewing can be done from the lodge or you may wish to drive to the Kruger National Park. From your own private deck you can expect to see hippo, elephant, buffalo, crocodile and various buck on a daily basis. Sightings of the Big Five and more are recorded throughout the year at Ngwenya. Bird Life is abundant with up to 300 species being recorded at the resort itself. In the summer month, many of the migrants visit with wonderful sightings of various Cuckoos, Kingfishers, Bee Eaters to mention just a few.
Entrance to the Kruger National Park from Crocodile Bridge brings you to the lower Sabie area, which is renowned for the abundance of game especially Lion. Day / Night drives can be arranged.
Tiger fishing along the Komati River can be organised. Fishing with a professional guide can also be arranged.
The Mozambique border is 15 minutes from the lodge. Once through the border, Maputo is 1 hour by car on good roads. Visas are necesssary for non South African citizens, but these can be obtained by the border.

Nelspruit Botanical Garden
1 hour away by car. It houses the world’s largest selection of cycads. These glorious gardens with magnificent specimens of indigenous plants and wonderful bird life are not to be missed.
The border is 30 minutes away. You will need your passport.
A small convenience store is open at Ngwenya. Bank, bottle store, chemist, garage and basic grocery store are at Komatipoort which is 10 minutes away. A larger shopping center is at Malelane which is 30 minutes away.
Doctors are available at Komatipoort and Malelane.
